ANDERSON – Tammy Anderson, age 41, of Sparta, peacefully passed from this world into the arms of Jesus, her Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family, after a long courageous battle from cancer. Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Perry Anderson, beloved children, Brittney and Ryan Scheuneman, Megan and Kaitlin Anderson. Her parents, Robert (Kim) Nantelle, and Veronica (Jim) Van Dusen, sister, Tawnya Nantelle and her fiance Kim McCullough, brother, Kyle (Ashlee) Van Dusen, mother in-law, Ethelyn Anderson and the late father in-law, Charles Anderson. Tammy was a devoted wife, parent, daughter, sister and friend who put everyone's cares and needs before her very own. She was a graduate of Ravenna High School, class of 1989, and the Hope/Calvin Nursing program. Tammy worked as an RN in the Spectrum Butterworth NICU for 15 years. Her passion was caring and providing for the babies in her care. The family will receive visitors at the Kent City Baptist Church, on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service celebrating Tammy's life will be Friday, May 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., at Kent City Baptist Church, 400 West Muskegon, Kent City with Pastors, Chris Weeks and Doug DiBell officiating.
