Mr. Gene "Buggsy" Bodell age 87 of Comstock Park went to be with his LORD and Savior Thursday, October 14, 2021. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marian in December 2010. Gene is survived by his loving children Kathy Patton, Bruce (Yvonne) Bodell, and Julie (Bill) Hall; grandchildren, Ashley Bodell, Kara Apodaca, Alec Apodaca, Jeff (Buffy) Hall, and Stefanie Hall; great-grandchildren Lenox Dixon, Alison Hall, Abigail Hall, and Connor Hall. Sam the man the golden retriever too! He enjoyed hunting, collecting "Out West memorabilia" Watching western movies, WWII memorabilia, and vintage motorcycles. Gene owned his own business. He was a Pest control operator for nearly 35 years earning his nickname "Buggsy"!!
The family will receive relatives and friends at Alpine Baptist Church, 692 Seven Mile Rd, Comstock Park, on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Visitation will be at 11 am. Celebration of life will be held at 11:30 am. Lunch to follow. Interment will be held in Alpine Grove Cemetery following the service.
