Anna Louise Marshall, 83, of Comstock Park, Michigan went to be with her Lord and Savior on the morning of February 25, 2024. She was born in Coopersville, MI to Constan and Stella (Notenbaum) Goosen and grew up on their farm with her 10 brothers and sisters. In 1965 she met the love of her life Steven Marshall. They married in 1966, and had four children, Scott, Jon (Lyndsey), Kristin, and Steven II (Kim). Anna started her career as a nurse, stayed home when she had children, and returned to healthcare in 1994. She retired from Spectrum Health in 2006. Anna was a devout Catholic who loved her family fiercely and always lent a helping hand to her friends and loved ones. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and laughing with her family. Anna was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristin; her parents, Constan and Stella Goosen; her in-laws, Arthur and Marjorie Marshall; and all of her siblings. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Steven Marshall; her sons, Scott, Jon, and Steven II; her 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; as well as the six exchange students her family hosted. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Friday, March 22, at St Michael's Catholic Church, 17150 88th Ave, Coopersville, MI with visitation one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 am, and followed with a light lunch.
