Barbara Ann Blystone, age 78, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Commonwealth Senior Living.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Pack; brother, Charles Blystone; nephew, Doug Heyboer.  Barb is survived by her children, Denise Stickroe, Lynn (Ralph) Simone, Joe (Mariko) Stusse; grandchildren, David Stickroe, Taryn Stickroe, Matthew Simone, Megan (Ryan) Garthe-Lambert, Hayden Stusse, Mason Landis, Adison Landis; many nieces and nephews.  Barb was an easy-going woman who appreciated the little things in life, which was visible as she fought and won her battle with cancer.  She was a character with a good sense of humor, who loved her family immensely.  Known affectionately as "Barb Vila" for her interest and passion of redoing and decorating houses over the years.  She Barb worked for over 20 years at Butterworth Hospital until her retirement.   She will be deeply missed by all who met and knew her.
