Barbara Jane Smithe-Shook, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Shook; son, Joseph Smithe; brother, Robert Wiltenburg; sisters, Delores Raab and Arlene Wright. Barbara is survived by her children, Robert (Cheryl) Smithe, Matthew (Jill) Smithe, Donna (Jeff) Wright; many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; sisters, Yvonne Vogel and Charlene Plumpton; many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 22 11:00 am at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI. Friends and relatives may meet the family at the funeral home for a visitation on Saturday from 10:00 - 11:00 am before the memorial service. Inurnment Egelston Township Cemetery, Muskegon, MI.
