BAILEY - Bernard "Bernie" B. Bailey, age 94, of Grandville, went to be with Jesus on Friday, January 4, 2019. Bernie was predeceased in death by his wife of 65 years, Marcella Adeline. He is survived by his children, Larry (Nancy) Bailey, Nancy (John) Dykgraaf, Shirley Marsh and Denise Bugbee; he treasured his 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and five great-great-children. Bernie was born in LeRoy and graduated from Davenport College with an accounting degree. He owned Peninsula Trucking for several years. Bernie enjoyed family time and his church. The funeral service will be held at Wyoming SDA Church, 2580 44th Street S.W., Wyoming, on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Dan Rachor officiating. The family will greet family and friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. A private inurnment will take place in Grandville Cemetery. Service Details.
