YOST - Delores "Dee" Anne (Rasch) Yost, age 78, of Sparta, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 7, 2018. Dee is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Tom Yost; children, Michael Yost, David Yost, Michelle Yost-Leale and Sandy Yost; brothers, Tom (Judy) Rasch and Ray (Phyllis) Rasch; sister, Judy (Warren) Wensink, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Warren Wensink. As a young girl, Dee attended St. Joseph School and graduated from Catholic Central High School. In her early years, Dee enjoyed helping her parents in the orchards and ice skating on Cranberry Lake in the winter. She was a longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church and active in the Little Flower Guild. Dee's many talents brought beauty to those who knew her. She greatly enjoyed gardening, painting, dancing and floral design. The family will receive family and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a Vigil Service at 7:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 425 S. State Street, Sparta with Rev. Msgr. Terrence L. Stewart as celebrant. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.
