KOZLOWSKI - Derek, age 24, of Comstock Park, passed away unexpectedly to rejoin his Lord and Savior on Friday, April 20, 2012. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rose (Anthony) Kozlowski, and D.O. Stuck. Derek is survived by his loving parents, Ronald and Nancy Kozlowski, sister, Megan, brother, Zackary, godparents Tom (Sue) Kozlowski, grandmother Alice Stuck, several aunts, uncles, cousins and his very special friend, Kelli Ann Karel. He enjoyed many trips up north to his parents cottage. Derek loved spending precious moments with his parents and family. He also received much enjoyment playing his guitar, listening to music, skate boarding, and always playing a joke on someone for a good laugh. The family will greet relatives and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation at 12:00 p.m. prior to the service.
