Diane Kaman (Becker), age 76, of Grand Rapids, went to rest in God's loving care on July 9, 2023, with her loving family by her side. Diane was born May 5, 1947, to Carl and Velma Becker. On February 3, 1968, she married Edward Kaman Jr. and together they built a home on the ridge where they raised their three children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Edward Kaman Jr., her parents and in-laws, Mary and Ed Kaman Sr., her brothers, Roger and Ray Becker, and her beloved niece, Sheila Penland. Diane is survived by her loving children, Lisa (Mick O'Sullivan), Carolyn (Scott) Latham, Ed (Ashley) Kaman III; her treasured grandchildren, Matthew (Alicia) Pogorzelski, Jeremy Pogorzelski, Jill (Shane Arndt), Alyssa (Dustin) Health, Rylee and Gabby Latham; her great grandchildren, Gianna, Carter, Cooper, Myles, Cole, Maverick and Titus; her beloved brother Doug (Sharon) Becker, treasured "sister"-in-law Maggie (Bill) Crothers, sister-in-law Clara (Phil) DeJong; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Diane had a stunning smile that lit up the room. She was beautiful, sassy and impeccably stylish. She was artistic and talented in so many ways. She created beautiful cakes and was an awesome cook. She was a skilled hair stylist, crafter and gardener. She was a devoted and loving Mother, Grandma and Great Grandma, and for those that loved her, no amount of time could have been enough to have her in our lives and by our side. The family would like to thank the Care Team at Corewell Health's Critical Heart Center for their extraordinary loving care provided to Diane during her final moments.
