MORSE - Edna Mae Morse, of Alpine Twp. Edna's life on this earth ended on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at age 91. Her confusion has ended and she is fully alive with God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Morse; son, James Morse; grand daughter, Julie Longnecker; grandson, Chuck Morse; great grand daughter Eva Cook; brother-in-laws, Leon Morse and Russell Pelton; sister-in-laws Dorothy Morse and Helen Pelton and special friend, Norm Seigel. Edna will be lovingly remembered by her children, Linda (Jerry) Longnecker, Mary Jo (Chuck) May, daughter-in-law, Julie Morse, Gary (Gail) Morse and Jeff (Janice) Morse; 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Betty Morse; special nieces, Norma Armock, Ruth Ann Alt and Cheryl Morse; dear nephew, Lee Pelton; several great nieces, nephews and cousins. Edna was a devoted wife and mother, a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was a friend to all she met and will be remembered as a kind loving person. Besides her family the things that brought pleasure to her life were dancing, playing piano, Meals on Wheels and Widowed Persons. A special thank you to the staff of Yorkshire and Stonebridge Manors and Spectrum Health Hospice for their care. The family will receive family and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 and 9:00 p.m., with the Rosary at 8:00 p.m. The family will celebrate her life with The Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, with Rev. Father Thomas G. Simons officiating. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, 1200 Alpine Church Road. In memory of Edna Mae, please consider donations to Holy Trinity Church.
