KAMAN-Edward Joseph Kaman Jr., age 69, of Alpine Township, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 17, 2018. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Kaman; his sisters, Rose, Mildred, Catherine, Dolores, Arlene, and Rita. Ed is survived by his wife of 50 years, Diane Kaman; daughters, Lisa (Mick O'Sullivan) Pogorzelski of Merrillville, Indiana, Carolyn (Scott) Latham of Kent City; son, Edward Kaman III of Grand Rapids; grandchildren, Jill Latham (Shane Arndt), Rylee and Gabriella Latham, Matt (Alicia Burt), Jeremy (Rosie), and Alyssa (Dustin Heath) Pogorzelski; great- grandchildren, Carter Heath and Myles Arndt; sister, Clara (Phil) DeJong; brothers-in-law, Roger (Judy) Becker of Coral, Raymond Becker of Stanwood, Doug (Sharon) Becker of Mulliken; and best friends, Lynn Kutzli and Bobby Dietrich. Ed's favorite interests included old trucks and muscle cars. Per Ed's wishes, there will be a private gathering for immediate family this week.
