DAVIS - Evelyn L. Davis, age 80, of Muskegon, our beautiful mother joined the love of her life on Christmas morning, Thursday, December 25, 2014 to be with her Lord and Savior. Evelyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Don of 59 years on November 21, 2014 brothers, Gordon, Ron and Larry Blundell. She is survived by her loving children, Bill and Julie (Davis) Watson and Brian and Kim Davis; grandchildren, Amber and John Stakelbeck, Edward "Eddie" Hall and Kara Davis; great grandsons, John Stakelbeck and Elijah Stakelbeck; brother, Richard Blundell and brother in-law, Jerry (Nancy) Davis, also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Evelyn was employed with Muskegon Public Schools for many years, and also was a real estate agent. She was a volunteer for the Welcome Wagon and also enjoyed volunteering for all the elections. The celebration of Evelyn's life will be offered at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 with Pastor Dr. Sherwin Brantsen as celebrant, with visitation one hour prior, at Laketon Bethel Reformed Church, 1568 West Giles Road, Muskegon.
