Howard
October 24, 1944 – February 27, 2025
Fielding Ronald Howard of Belmont, MI., passed away peacefully on February 27, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Fielding, fondly known as Ron, was born to Fielding Tennyson Howard and Ella Mae Howard on October 24,1944, in Nashville, TN. He graduated from Saginaw High and loved playing football. He opened his first business at the age of nineteen and enjoyed entrepreneurship throughout most of his life.
Ron was an amazing listener, storyteller, and the best at landing a punchline. He enjoyed watching his Detroit Lions, playing golf, was an avid coin collector, and loved the time spent with his dear friends from AA. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. Many cherished memories of long Sunday drives, monthly family meetings, and the Annual Howard Christmas Tree Decorating. Ron was most proud of his grandchildren and truly enjoyed every moment of watching them grow and achieve their goals.
Ron's memory will live on through his loving wife and best friend of sixty years, Marjorie, four children, Scott (Amy), Steve (Christi), Christine, and Jennifer (Delfino); sister, Pat (Sheila), eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
To honor Fielding Ronald Howard, a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Sparta Moose Lodge in Sparta MI., from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
