ZIMMER - Jacqueline H. Zimmer, age 83 of Alpine Township went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. She entered eternal rest peacefully with her family by her side. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her son, Michael Zimmer; granddaughter, Cathy McManus-Rector; great-grandchildren, Isabella Huttenga and Joseph Zimmer; her parents, George and Mary Maddox; and brother, Ronald Maddox. She is survived by her loving husband, of 64 years, Paul R. Zimmer Sr.; son, Paul R. (Linda) Zimmer, Jr.; daughters, Barbara (Claude) McManus, Margaret (Brian) Smith, Kathryn (Michael) Johnson; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ed (Marcella) Maddox, and John (Nancy) Maddox; and many nieces and nephews. Jacqueline loved our Lord, praying the Rosary, roses, and cooking for her family. She was a member of Sacred Heart Rosary Society. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, with Rev. Father Thomas Simons as celebrant. A Rosary service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery.
