Homecoming Jan (Ami) Eileen Kloostra
11 Timothy 4:6-8.
"The time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
"Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing".
I once met a woman,
Who could see into my heart without a light,
As I welcomed her in my heart was changed,
To never more take flight!!!!!
Her love and her care was more than any man could bare,
My heart was amazed and astounded,
That God made a woman so beautiful and so grounded!!!!!
Adam blamed his woman when they disobeyed God and turned the world upside down,
"It was the woman you gave me,"
"It was the woman you gave me," He cried,
As they completely missed their crown!!!!!
I to blame the woman He gave me,
but for the goodness and joy in Christ Jesus,
Turning my world and my joy right side up,
And she always with joy was bearing her cup,
which drove me to never give up!!!!!

#1 Homecoming
It's autumn, it's autumn,
my heart is jumping to the pace,
I said, "O no Lord, I hope it's not a race.
I'm tired, I'm tired, I'm free to tell the truth.
Lord, your love, her love, your peoples love,
is what really sets the pace!!!!!
Your people are so gracious,
Your people are so kind,
It makes me feel at home,
It's joy and riches beyond measure,
As if I'm the only one who can find!!!!!
In a critical moment she said to me,
"Don't leave me,"
I said I won't babe, I won't",
She's on these pages now with mere photos
and these words can join her here,
In this dimension it's like
were still on the same page,
Always, and always to feel the near!!!!!
As kids we had horses and I loved
and enjoyed a strong horses back,
How could I get Jan to appreciate
that same joy that's so rare to know?
Buy her a filly,
Buy her a filly,
Their hearts will bond and they will grow!!!!!
She took lessons, becoming acquainted,
growing, appreciating and working her way through,
The day will come soon enough,
to see just what a horse can do!!!!!

#2 Homecoming
She found out later the joy of what a horse's
strength and grace could do as he's lead.
Riding together I forgot to tell her, her horse will jump the creek ahead,
Approaching the creek my heart jumped,
"I hope this ends well, Lord please help,"
I shouted back, " Hang on, your horse is going to jump the creek",
No time to stop, no time to think, we're committed to this dance,
Her horses strength, grace and beauty took Jan over the top,
as only this horse showed prance!!!!!
We were want-a-be cowboys,
learning on the go,
life's lessons coming one by one
to each of us is was the show!!!!!
O for a camera to capture her 1st jump,
to see my good woman sailing over the hump,
This horse didn't like to get her feet wet,
as most women appreciate and know,
A smooth landing is what matters,
and that made this a beautiful show!!!!!
She might tell this story a bit different,
and that's my first bet,
But no one could argue that her landing
was as smooth as a jet.!!!!!
