Janice June Havener (Goodwin) died peacefully on Tuesday October 8, 2024, at the age of 88.  Janice was born on June 21, 1936, the daughter of Rolla Goodwin and Dorothy Speyer (Goodwin) in Lyons, Michigan.  Janice is survived by her sons, William Havener and Robert Havener of Grand Rapids MI and Allegan MI, and their spouses; and one daughter, Judy Gilb of Connersville, Indiana; two brothers, Doug Miller and Ed Miller and one sister, Dorothy Sturgeon of Troy, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.  Janice will always be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and a kind, loving and generous person.  Relatives and friends may meet the family at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI for a visitation on Friday, October 11, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Janice will be laid to rest at Rosedale Memorial Park Cemetery.
