LAITILA - Jeremiah R. Laitila, age 32, of Rockford, went to be with his Lord and Savior very unexpectedly, on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Jeremiah is survived by his loving daughters, Symiah and Nevaeh Laitila; beloved parents, Rob and Lucy Laitila; brother and sister in-law, Joshua and Debbie Laitila; niece, Hanalei Laitila; grandparents, Marvin and Sharon VanderMey, George Laitila; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Arlene Laitila. Jeremiah was a genuine loving father to his daughters. He had a smile that could light up the entire room. Jeremiah had a big heart, who was kind and a very giving person. Whenever he had the opportunity, he loved to hunt and fish. The family will receive visitors at the Beuschel Funeral Home 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m., with the Memorial Service following at 5:00 p.m., at the Beuschel Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Bradley as celebrant.
