MAY - Joan May, age 92, of Alpine Township, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Urban J. Antor and Elizabeth C. Antor; her brothers, Jack Antor and Bill Antor; her sister, Martha Raap; brother-in-law, Elmer May; sisters-in-law, Florence Antor and Donna May; daughter, Jeanne Klenk; son-in-law, Bill Klenk; and great granddaughter, Riley Kay May. Joan is survived by her spouse of 70 years, Carl; her children, Patricia (Don) Szczepanski, James (Carole) May, Kathleen (Dan) Bolich, Robert (Cindy) May; her beloved poodle, Petie; sisters, June (Charles) Momber, Donna (James) Momber, Charlene (Richard) Alt; 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She worked at Hayes Mfg., and was one of the original "Rosie the Riveters." After they were married, she was a dedicated full time farm wife and mother. Our sincere thanks to Mom's caretakers, Jeannette and Denise, and our gratitude toward all the Faith Hospice workers, especially Mom's nurse, Rachel. Joan was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wright Township. The family will receive family and friends for visitation at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue from 2 to 4 p.m., and 7 to 9 p.m., with the Rosary at 8:00 p.m, on Sunday, July 10, 2016 with Rev. Father Douglas Braun. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, at St Joseph's Catholic Church, with Rev.
