Juan Munoz Angulo, age 72, of Sparta, MI, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, after a battle with stomach cancer. Juan was born on February 15, 1951 in Harlingen, Texas. He was a caring, loving, grateful, hard-working man, who worked very hard to provide for his family. He was one of a kind. You will never come across a great man like him. Juan worked on the farm, Baehre Orchards, for many years. He was a supervisor for Michigan Bulb and Kent City Community Schools before retirement. He loved being around his grandchildren. Juan was preceded in death by his father, Martin S. Angulo; mother, Miceala M. Angulo; brother, Arturo Angulo; sister, Graceland Gayton and her great grandson, Alexandre. He leaves behind his loving wife, Gloria of 54 years of marriage; children, Juan Arturo Jr. of Houston, Lisa and Jose Guevara of Houston, Laura and Brent Kramer of Cedar Springs, Andrew Arturo of Sparta, Gracie and Baldemar Vega of San Benito, and Nathan Angulo of Sparta; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and one great granddaughter soon to be. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 15, 1:00 PM at St. John Paul II Parish, 3110 17 Mile Rd. NE , Cedar Springs. Juan will lie in state at church from 12-1 PM. Friends and relatives may meet the family at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, on Friday from 5-7 PM for visitation. Interment will take place in Harlingen, Texas next week where another service will take place.
