Juanita Mae Boyd (Taylor), age  89, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at her home in Bowling Green, Florida.  She was born in Grant, MI to Homer and Ruby (Brown) Taylor. The fifth of 10 children, she was the last one to pass away. She was a public school teacher for 30 years. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Maxwell Boyd. She leaves behind to cherish her memories children, Maxine (Edward) Tromp, Elaine (Thomas) Tainter, Wayne (Denise) Boyd; grandchildren, Joanna (Kyle) Wabeke, Stephanie Tromp, Matthew (Sarah) Tainter, Luke (Raewen) Tainter, Hannah (Mawufemor) Kudadze, Rick Tainter, Mark (Marcela) Tainter, John Tainter, Rebecca (Gerrit) Nykamp, Valarie Lee, Michelle Boyd, Dallas Boyd; great grandchildren, Emmalee, Cassidee, Fay, Isaac, Michella, Zechariah, Nathanael, Abigail, Maximo, Magnus, Mya, Tyler, Madison, Anthony, Benjamin, Cameron; many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 11:00 am at Alpine Immanuel Baptist Church, 692 7 Mile Rd NW, Comstock Park, MI. Friends and relatives may meet the family at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI on Friday, January 24, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at church starting at 10:00 am.
