Lisa “Szasza” (Nacua) Saur, age 56, of Sparta, Michigan, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 30, 2026, at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born May 24, 1970, in Cebu, Philippines, to Cesar and Elizabeth (Reyes) Nacua. Lisa attended the University of Visayas where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. After graduation she married the love of her life, Roger Saur, and moved to Michigan in 1991. The couple enjoyed 31 years of marriage together before Roger passed away on September 1, 2022.

Lisa enjoyed food, traveling, dancing, singing, and most of all spending time with her family and friends. She was an active member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Comstock Park for over 35 years where she volunteered and helped with their annual festival.

Lisa was a very dedicated and hard worker. She spent over 24 years of her career with Belwith Products as a customer service representative. Lisa was very loved by her coworkers and work community and touched many lives throughout her time there.

Survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Nacua; siblings, Joseph (Vivilyn) Nacua, Julius (Dahlia) Nacua, Jupiter “Pete” (Flor) Nacua, and Janine Nacua; and nieces and nephews, Fojee and JC Nacua and Danica, Kathleen, and Cedric Nacua.

Lisa was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Saur and her father, Cesar Nacua.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a rosary service at 7:00 pm, at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue NW, Comstock Park, MI 49321. Visitation will continue on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 1200 Alpine Church Road NW, Comstock Park, from 10:00 am until 11:00 am with the Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at 11:00 am with Rev. Chris Rouech officiating. Lisa will be laid to rest next to Roger at Greenwood Cemetery in Sparta.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Interim Hospice for their help and care during this difficult time, which allowed Lisa to remain in her home through her final days.

Lisa will be dearly missed as the rock and foundation of her family that brought and held them all together.
