MILLER - Loyce I. Miller, age 90, of Comstock Park, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Monday, July 26, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Miller; siblings, Therman Phipps, Clarcie Phipps Elders, Laura Phipps-Hillsabeck, Elmer Phipps, Estelle Phipps Lee, Mayzell Phipps Cork, Lorene Phipps Canada and Denny Phipps. She is survived by her loving children, Brenda (Jeff) McMahon, Mike (Melissa Jacobson) Taylor, and Terri Taylor; grandchildren, Sarah and Emily Taylor, Trevor and Rachel McMahon; sisters, Edna Phipps Tipton and Anna Phipps Gooding. Loyce worked for Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge Law Firm as a legal secretary for many years. Loyce will be loved and remembered for her fun-loving and quick-witted sense of humor. She was a friend who was young at heart and would do anything for her children and grandchildren. The family will receive friends and family at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park, on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the Celebration of Life following at 6:00 p.m. In memory of Loyce, please consider making memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
