He was a longtime member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), where he made lasting connections with his fellow tradesmen. Marv found solace and spiritual guidance at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (Alpine), where he worshipped and found comfort in his faith. He cherished the moments spent in prayer and reflection. Outside of his professional life and faith, Marv had a passion for various hobbies. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing and gardening. One of his greatest joys was hosting Nascar parties with his family and friends, cheering on his favorite driver, #2 Rusty Wallace. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in honor of Marv's life on Monday, November 13, at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (Alpine) with Fr. Chris Rouech presiding. Prior to the service, Marv's body will lie in repose for one hour at church.
