BRISBIN - Matthew A. Brisbin, age 25, of Grant, went to be with his Lord and Savior very unexpectedly due to a severe illness, on Friday, November 16, 2012. Matt is survived by his loving wife, Samantha, and precious child to be, parents, Mark and Mary Brisbin, father and mother in-law, Bradley and Patricia Gee, sisters, Amanda (Kyle) Clarkson, and Rachel (Tyler) Wayner, grandparents, Donald and Joyce Brisbin, Frances Timmermans, Dick and Barb Shepard, brothers in-law, Randall (Alicia) Gee, Peter (Charlotte) Gee, nieces and nephew, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Matt was a genuine loving husband, that was truly amazing. He was a very caring person who was always willing to help. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m., at Grant Community Church, 115 West State Road, on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. The celebration of Matthew's life will be offered on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, with Rev. Steve VanderWest as celebrant at Grant Community Church. Interment will follow with a procession to Ashland Center Cemetery 120th W. Those who wish to make a donation, please consider contributions to Matthew's precious unborn child.
