SCHWARTZ - (Mae) Maxene Schwartz, age 94, of Sparta, peacefully passed from this world into the arms of Jesus, on Sunday evening, March 17, 2013. Maxene is survived by the love of her life, husband, Orville of 70 years. Nephews, Gary Schwartz, Tom (Gayle) Beuschel, nieces, Penny/Pam Goetcheus, Marie (Tom) Zykowski and Janice Beuschel, great nephews, Don and Eric Goetcheus, Brent (Erin) and Ryan Beuschel, Todd and Craig Schwartz, Sam and Jack Zykowski, great nieces, Kelly Moffit, Shelby Beuschel, great great nephews, Grant and Max Goetcheus, great great nieces, Megan and Emma Goetcheus, Mariah and Ellie Beuschel, sisters in-law, Teresa Beuschel, Unabelle Weston and several friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Quentin, brother, Norman Beuschel, nephews, Paul and Gregory Beuschel, brothers in-law, E.M. Weston, Harold Schwartz, sister in-law, Helen Schwartz and nephew in-law, Ronald Schwartz. Maxene will be forever remembered for her delicious home made dishes, quick wit and quick one liners, her vast knowledge on current events. She always made everyone feel welcomed into their home and loved to entertain. A special thank you to the staff at Great Lakes Hospice for their wonderful care provided. The Memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Peace Lutheran Church with Rev. Bryan Schneider-Thomas officiating.
