Michael Joseph Banfill, age 65, of Belding, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 19, 2026. He was born September 10, 1960, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to the late Gary Banfill and Lucrecia (Reynolds) Attala.

Survivors include his 11 siblings, Sally Smith, Luann (Patrick) Knappen, Gary Banfill, Denise Read, Christine Banfill, Lora Banfill, Julie (Ed) Therrault, Beth Banfill, Brian Banfill, Amy (Tony) Klocko, and Lea (Steve) O'Neal; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 11:00 am, at Resurrection Cemetery, 4100 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49509.
