HEBERT - Michael Hebert, age 79, of Walker, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 18, 2018. He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Laurie; parents, Jack and Helen Waldo and Harvey Hebert. He is survived by daughters, Kathy (Kelo) Waivio and Shelley (Jim) DeVries; grandchildren, Kelly (Rick) Muschiana, Krystle Waivio, Courtney (Zach) Kloosterhouse and Lindsey (Mark) Riemersma; five great-grandchildren and brother, Jack Waldo and Scott Lohse. Michael proudly served in the United States Army as a medic. The family will receive family and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Mike's Life will be held at the Beuschel Funeral Home on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one half hour prior, with Pastor Dale Kleinheksel as celebrant, and under the auspice of the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard. A private interment will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery in Marne.
