CLAY - Nancy Ann (Balcerzak) Clay, age 82, of Comstock Park, entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 8, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Florence; and sisters, Ruth Kopec and Betty Larabel. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, James W. Clay; beloved children, Debora (Gerald) Wykes, Diane (John) Brewster, and Michael (Jodi) Clay; loving grandchildren, Geoffrey (LeAnn) Wykes, Katelyn (Adam) Gilbert, James Wykes, Daniel Brewster, Amanda (Jon) Sneathen, Andrew Brewster, Benjamin Clay, Brenna Clay, and Eva Clay; great-grandchildren, Scott Gilbert, Oliver Gilbert, Penelope Sneathen, and Shiera Wykes. Nancy was graduate of the Catholic Central High School Class of 1953. She worked long-term as a bookkeeper and is founder of Accounting Services of Grand Rapids. Nancy was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. In her retirement, Nancy and Jim traveled many places around world and enjoyed winters in Florida. She was an avid golfer and gifted seamstress. Nancy greatly enjoyed the company of her grandchildren and friends and making treasured memories with the ones she loved. The family will receive family and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Rosary service with Deacon Jerry Roersma will commence at 7:30 p.m. The Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, with celebrant Rev.
