JONES - Nina Mae Jones, age 86, of Walker, (formerly of Baldwin), went peacefully to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 6, 2012. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Jay Jones, daughter, Linda Borst and great grandson, Jordan Haner. Nina is survived by her eight children, Patricia (Robert) Driesenga, Sandy (Rick) Kluiter, Karla Jones and (Norm) Kopp, Jacalyn Jones, Mary (Mark) Allen, Vickie (Darrell) Knapp, Arthur Jay Jones Jr. (Karla), John (Pamela) Jones, grandchildren, Nina (Don) Todd, Jeffrey Irwin, Roberta (Chris) Osborne, ean and Shane Kluiter, Sandy (Mike) Streur, Michael Haner, Maria (Rob) Smith, Penny, Kenny and Betsy Borst, Carl (Kerri) Brown, Brian (Virginia) Brown, Rebekka (Ryan) Venable, Gerald (Mandy) Allen, Calvin Smith, Patricia Knapp, Jessica (Brian) VanderLugt, Kaylee, Tyler Jones, Nichole (Nick) Morren and Daniel Jones, great grandchildren, Ashley (Mike) Snoderly, Heather Todd, Kelsey, Felicia, Brandon, Megan, Brianna, Zachery and Conner Osborne, Andrew and Joseph Borst, Nicholas, Justin, and Brenna Streur, Torie, Dylan, and Spencer Haner, Grace Smith, Judy, Jenny, and Maci Brown, Haylee, Rachelle, and Ayden Smith, Jack, Jarrod, and Hannah Ingraham, great great grandchildren, Landon and Carley Snoderly, Nevaeh Borst and Peyton Morren. Mom and Dad were married 65 years, and enjoyed polka dancing and could really cut up a rug. Nina made several afghans, quilts, doilies, blankets and pillows for her grandchildren. She was a nurse, seamstress, homemaker, and worked closely with her husband Arthur in their upholstery business, and later retired from manufacturing at Jackson Products. The family will receive family and friends at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Monday, October 8, 2012 from, 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, October 9, 2012 from 9 to 11 a.m., with the Funeral Service following the visitation at 11:00 a.m., at the Beuschel Funeral Home.
