Patricia Ann (Finn) Adams, age 80, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wesley Adams; parents, Joseph and Helen (McCarthy) Finn; sister, Maria Kathleen; grandson, Harper Adams. Pat is survived by her children, Edward (Stephanie) Adams of Holland, Kevin Adams, and Michael Adams of Grand Rapids, Thomas (Ashley) Adams of Wilmington, NC, Kenneth Adams of Grand Rapids, Kathleen (John) Green of Comstock Park; grandchildren, Corbin, Fiona and Leonard Adams, Arynn (Tony) Schafer, Aidan, JJ and Maria Green; great grandchildren, Aubrey, Austyn, Halston, and Rafe Schafer; sister, Eugena (Allen) Granholm; brother-in-law, Louis (Laurie) Adams; nieces and nephews.

Pat loved being with and spending time with her family, especially their annual memorial weekend trip to Shipshewana. She loved tending to her flowers and plants, picking strawberries and blueberries, and reading. Pat really enjoyed watching the Tigers and going to the Whitecaps games with her family. She was a very caring person always willing to give, and ready to pitch in whenever she was needed. She was very active in the Young at Heart ministry at St. Alphonsus Church, where Pat was a longtime member, making cards, baby clothes, and blankets for the needy. Her family was one of the first families of Our Lady of Consolation Parish in Rockford. She also graduated from Rockford High School as a proud class of "63". Pat was very proud of her Irish heritage traveling to Ireland four times.

A Mass of the Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, February 11, 11:00 AM at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 224 Carrier St NE, Grand Rapids, MI with Fr. Christopher Epplett celebrating and Fr. Dick Host cocelebrating. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Marne, MI. Friends and relatives may meet the family at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI on Monday, February 10 from 5:00-7:00 pm, where a rosary will be prayed starting at 7:00 pm. Pat will lie in state one hour prior to the mass at church from 10:00-11:00 am.
