Patricia "Pat" Alt, age 89, was called home to her heavenly Father on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Pat was a very hard worker and a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed square dancing, playing cards, sewing, arranging flowers, gardening, and baking. She always had a fresh batch of cookies for anyone who stopped by. She cherished her time visiting with friends and family, especially the visits with the great grandkids. She is survived by her daughter, Catherine Ducharme; her son, Dennis (Brooke) Alt; her grandchildren, Tabitha (Don) Foreman, Justin (Tara) Ducharme, Marcus Alt, Andrea (Matthew) Zahn, and Taylor Saber; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Don, and Gabriella Foreman, Braylon, Tiana, and Charlotte Ducharme, James and Noah Zahn, her sisters, Mary Lemieux and Rose (Lynn) Kutzli. She is now at peace and reunited with her husband, Jim, in heaven. Visitation will take place on Sunday, July 14, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI. Funeral Mass will be on Monday, July 15, 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wright Twp. Pat will lie in state one hour prior to mass at church starting at 10:00 am. Pat will be laid to rest next to her husband Jim at St. Joseph Cemetery.
