SHUPE - Patricia L. Shupe, age 84, of Sparta, went to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior, on Tuesday, December 17, 2013. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, of 58 years, Donald Shupe. Patricia is survived by her beloved sons, Douglas (Bonnie), Glenn (Cindy), Brian (Alice) Shupe; precious grandchildren, Amy (Dave) Robbins, Kendra (Anthony) Rollins, Kyle Shupe, Tracy Shupe; great grandchild, Katrina Robbins. She loved and enjoyed her family and friends and had a great passion for art. Patricia was a member of Sparta United Methodist Church and participated in the choir. She was employed at Kmart on Alpine Avenue for 27 years and enjoyed selecting clothing for the news anchors at WZZM. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013. A Funeral Service of celebration will be held at the Beuschel Funeral Home, on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, with Pastor Lou Grettenberger officiating, with a luncheon following the service.
