Philip A. Saur of Sparta, Michigan, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022, peacefully in his sleep. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Johnson Saur Fawcett TenElshof, his brother Mark Saur (Lisa), his sister Susan, nieces and a nephew, many cousins, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Saur. Philip grew up in Sparta and graduated from Sparta High School. He spent his life living on "The Ridge" and farming apples. He Loved farming and he loved his dog, Summer. Philip was happiest when he was on a tractor working in the orchard. The family is resting in the hope of Jesus Christ, thankful Philip knew his Savior. Praising God that Philip is finally at peace and able to have rest.
