ROSKIEWICZ - Randall S.Roskiewicz, age 44, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, went peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Monday, September 7, 2015, after a fierce battle with melanoma. His family was by his side. Randy is survived by his loving wife, Marzena; son, Adam (4); daughter, Anna (1); parents, Carole and Stephen Michael Roskiewicz; brother, Michael (Karen) Roskiewicz; four nephews, Ben, Matt, Will and Jack Roskiewicz; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a graduate of Kenowa Hills High School, Class of 1988, and attended Western Michigan University. Randy was an outstanding goalie, playing on the Kenowa Hills hockey team and later with the Jr. Red Wings. Randy had recently started his own air balancing company, fulfilling a life-long dream of owning his own business. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt, fish, hike and camp. Randy grew up attending Westminster Presbyterian Church and was actively involved in its youth groups, choirs and mission trips, which built the foundation of his faith. His faith led him to mission work in Europe, where he met his wife in Poland. Randy and Marzena have been members of Jenison Bible Church, where Randy served as a deacon. The church was a great support to Randy and his family throughout his battle with melanoma. A Memorial Service for Randy will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Jenison Bible Church, 6360 14th Avenue, Hudsonville, MI 49426, A time of visitation will begin at 12:00 noon and a lunch will follow the service.
