KAVANAUGH - Mrs. Rita Ann Kavanaugh, age 86 of Walker, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021. She was born February 8, 1935 in Grand Rapids, to George and Virginia Riddering. Rita married Dennis Kavanaugh on October 11,1958 in Marne, Michigan and he survives her. She was employed as the Chief Clerk at AT&T. Rita enjoyed visiting historical sites. Rita is survived by her husband, Dennis; children, Dennis Kavanaugh, Jr., Mary Patricia (Walter) Sikanis, Kelly Marie Cusack and Robert (Diane) Kavanaugh; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and brother, George (Leila) Riddering. Rita was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Mary Schollaart; sister, Patricia Riddering; and brothers, Lawrence Riddering and Robert Riddering. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 1200 Alpine Church Road, Comstock Park, with visitation one hour prior, with Fr.
