HANEY - Ruth E. Haney, age 94 of Comstock Park went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 19, 2016. She was preceded in death by all her siblings. Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Jerald; beloved children, Judith (Craig) Nicholes, Glenn (Joyce) Haney, and Dennis (Julie) Haney; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She loved spending time at their cabin up north with her husband and family. Ruth also enjoyed shopping and word books. A special thank you to the staff at Vista Springs for their good care for the last year. The family will receive family and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Father Thomas G. Simons as celebrant, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, 6200 Vinton Avenue. In memory of Ruth, please consider donations to Spectrum Health Hospice.
