MANNAUSAU - Ruth M. Mannausau, age 81, of Rockford, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, September 8, 2016. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Ruth (Miller) Mannausau; sisters, Malvina (Robert) Apps and Mildred (Daniel) Suttorp. She is survived and will be lovingly missed by her lifelong partner, JoAnn Telder; sister, Donna Smith; special great niece, Christine Koning; nephews, Kenneth (Jo) Steinbrecher and Samuel (Dawnlynn) Suttorp; niece, Patricia VandenBos; several great and great-great nieces and nephews. Ruth retired after 32 years of employment from Knape & Vogt. The family will receive family and friends for visitation at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Monday, September 12, 2016. Please join the family for a celebration of Ruth's life at the Beuschel Funeral Home, on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service, with Pastor David Smith from Fountain Street Church as celebrant. Private interment will take place at Rosedale Memorial Gardens. The family extends a very special thank you to the staff at Great Lakes Caring Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her memory can be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
