BROWNYARD - Sandra May Brownyard (Hirt), age 70, of Sparta, has departed this earth unexpectedly on Friday, February 16, 2018, and is now in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Raymond and Sylvia (Whitington) Brownyard; and brother, Kenneth Brownyard. Sandra is survived by her children, Dan (Monica) Hirt, Laura (Ken) Traxler, and Tom Hirt; her sisters, Shirley Meek and Doris Grover; brother, Doug Brownyard; sister-in-law, Carol Brownyard; twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Sandra was originally from Rockford, Michigan, and is a graduate of Whitehall High School. Sandra loved her family with all her heart and treasured all the times the family got together, including playing games with her children and grandchildren. She especially loved to dance. The family will receive family and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesay, February 20, 2018 at 12:00 noon, with visitation one hour prior at the Beuschel Funeral Home.
