MERRITT - Sandra Sue "Sandy" Merritt, age 73, of Coopersville, passed away with her family by her side, on Saturday, July 14, 2018. Sandy was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Merritt and her mother, Geraldine Penning. She is survived by her daughters, Kim Raap and Mindy (Todd) Peterson; grandchildren, Megan Raap, Marvin Raap, Brooke Raap, Tyler Peterson and Christopher Peterson; close cousins, Jim Brandt, Denny Brandt, Scott Brandt, Larry Geysbeek, Ron Geysbeek and Lee Geysbeek. The family will receive family and friends for visitation, at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, July 26, 2018. The Memorial Service celebrating Sandy's life will follow at Beuschel Funeral Home on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with Dan and Renee Jelsma officiating.
