MILLER - Thomas E. Miller, age 86, of Comstock Park, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, 2018. Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Maryann (Homrich) Miller; grandson, Andy Miller; son-in-law, Grant Rodammer; brothers, Doug (Della) Miller, Conway Miller and Richard Miller; brother-in-law, Larry Williams and sister-in-law, Verda Miller. He is survived by his children, Irving Miller, Jeff Miller, Dale Miller, Gary (Jean) Miller, Michele Rodammer; brothers and sister, Vance Miller, Darlene Williams, Bernie (Jeanette) Miller; grandchildren, Alisha (Matt) Kent, Mary (Jesse) Beljan, Kathy (Andy) Gordon, Nikki Miller; and three great-grandchildren. Tom served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Navy. He then worked in automotive service at PM Auto Sales. Tom enjoyed square dancing with his wife, as well as time outdoors fishing and hunting. The family will receive family and friends at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary offered at 8:30 p.m., with Deacon Jerry Roersma. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 16, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior at Beuschel Funeral Home, with Rev. Father Thomas G. Simons officiating, under the auspice of the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard. In memory of Tom, please consider a donation to Special Olympics Michigan. First Visitation
