Timothy Eric Christensen, age 58, of Sparta, Michigan, died on Saturday, November 15, 2025, following a courageous battle with cancer. Tim was born on March 11, 1967, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Roger and Elizabeth Christensen.

Tim was known for his playful wit and the way he brought humor into the lives of those around him. Above all, he was deeply kind, a quality reflected in the love and care he showed his family.

Tim was passionate about his cards, politics and music. Anyone who ever played euchre with him remembered the experience.  A devoted music lover, he built an extensive and eclectic collection spanning artists from AC/DC to Zevon.

Tim is survived by his parents, Roger and Elizabeth; his sister, Molly (David) Mensch; and his nieces, Claire and Sophie Mensch. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Duke and Aileen Christensen and Gerald and Louise Wollmartz, as well as his uncle and close friend, Ted Wollmartz.
