KNAUF- Wilfrieda (Frieda) Knauf, age 88 of Conklin went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 30, 2011. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years Robert, sons; Robert Jr., and Darrell. Frieda is survived by her children; Marvin (Susan) Knauf, Rich Knauf, Lynn (Caroline) Knauf, James (Janet) Knauf, Linda (Ric) Garza, Mary Jo (Kevin) Caniff; grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Frieda was a loving mother and devoted home maker who loved to cook and crochet. She also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Beuschel Funeral Home located at 5018 Alpine Ave., Comstock Park on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., vigil service will be held 7:30p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at Holy Family Catholic Church, celebrant Rev. Msgr. Terrence Stewart. Procession will immediately follow with internment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Conklin. Memorial contributions may be made to DeVos Childrens Hospital.
