STEWART - William "Bill" Stewart, age 81, of Grand Rapids, went to be with our Lord after a long battle with dementia on June 27, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Evelyn Stewart. Bill is survived by wife of 58 years, Sandra Stewart; 6 children; 12 grandchildren ; and 12 great-grandchildren. Bill was a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, and was affectionately known as Uncle Bill to many family members. He enjoyed computers, wintering in Arizona, getting together with family & friends, and many other interests. Bill was an Aquinas College graduate who also served his country in the Navy. He worked at APV Baker for more than 35 years. Uncle Bill will be missed by many. The family will meet at the Beuschel Funeral Home on Friday, July 10, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at 4:00 p.m. at the Beuschel Funeral Home with Deacon Jerry Roersma of Holy Trinity Catholic Church presiding.
