STEWART, WILLIAM (BILL) F., age 72, of Walker, went to his Lord and Savior on Monday, August 3, 2015. Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Frances and brother, Dan. He is survived by his wife, Julia; sons, William (Diana), Wilson (Linda), Wayne (Michaela), Wendell, Tom (Stephanie), John (Monica), Luke (Jessica), Justin, Joshua (Shai), Jeremiah; daughters, Lynn, Amy (Michael), Sarah; twenty one grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman; he enjoyed taking his children and grandchildren with him. He loved telling his grandchildren stories and singing to them. Bill received his Masters Degree from Michigan State University and taught in Florida and in Michigan. The family will greet family and friends on Thursday, August 6, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM with the Vigil Service at 8:00 PM, with Deacon Jerry Roersma, at the Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue N.W., Comstock Park. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Bill's life will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 11 AM, with visitation one hour prior, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 1200 Alpine Church Road, Comstock Park with Fr. Thomas G. Simons as celebrant. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery. In memory of Bill, please consider donations for his family.
